A rule or deadline looks wrong
Name the page, the statement and, if possible, the provision in the statute or the Finance Ministry letter. We check against the source and correct within a few days.
The viewer reads a file incorrectly
Describe which field is shown wrongly and give the format (XRechnung UBL or CII, ZUGFeRD with its profile). Please do not send us a real invoice with names, addresses or bank details. Replace them with made-up values first; the structure of the file is enough for us to find the error.
Embedding a tool
Chambers, associations, accounting firms and clubs can embed the mandate check, the Leitweg-ID checker and the viewer for free: embed.
What we do not do
No individual tax advice, no review of your bookkeeping, no sending of invoices and no software setup. Tax advisers and accounting software vendors handle those.
